Services Offered

Smart Line Waterproofing Co. offers waterproofing, insulation, roof restoration and floor coating product and services to the residential, commercial, and industrial customers within Abu Dhabi. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without notice.

Quotations and Pricing

• All the quotes provided are valid for 30 days after the date of issue unless otherwise notified.
• Prices are based on the scope of work discussed during the site visit or consultation.
• Additional costs may apply for work beyond the agreed scope or due to unforeseen site conditions.

Booking and Project Timelines

• Clients may schedule site inspections and service bookings via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Project timelines typically range from one to five weeks depending on complexity and site conditions.
• Timelines may be extended due to weather delays, material availability, or third-party dependencies.

Payments and Invoicing

• Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms stated in the invoice or contract.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, cheque, or cash, as per prior agreement.
• Delayed payments may result in service suspension or additional fees.

Warranty and Guarantee

• Combo Roof System: 25 years warranty
• Wet Area Waterproofing: 10 years
• Polyurea Coating: 10 years
• Repair Works: 5 to 10 years (depending on type)
• All warranties are valid only when full payment is received and proper maintenance is ensured.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Free cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before scheduled work.
• Refunds are not applicable once services have commenced unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• In the event of service dissatisfaction, we encourage clients to contact us for resolution.

Site Access and Safety

• Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the work site during the agreed schedule.
• Our team adheres to strict safety protocols and may refuse work on unsafe sites.
• Smart Line is not liable for pre-existing damages or structural weaknesses.

Intellectual Property

The intellectual property of Smart Line Waterproofing Co includes all material that is found on our web page such as pictures, text, logos, and service description. Misuse or any other abuse is not allowed without the corresponding written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We, Smart Line Waterproofing Co. will not be responsible or liable to any indirect, incidental or consequential damages that might occur due to use of the services or due to delays, which are beyond our control. We will only be liable to the cost of the service given.

Governing Law

The laws of the United Arab Emirates cover these Terms and Conditions. The courts in Abu Dhabi shall exercise exclusive jurisdiction to any disputes arising.
